and Medicaid enrollment. You may use the Services to:

state, and local laws and regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid
fraud and abuse statutes.
2. Prohibited Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:

Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any
enrollment application or eligibility check

Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship to any
person

Submit applications on behalf of individuals without their consent
or proper authorization

Use the Services to assist any person in fraudulently obtaining
government benefits

Falsify household size, income, or other data to manipulate
eligibility results
Healthcare Fraud Warning
Submitting false information to obtain Medicare or Medicaid benefits
is a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 1347 and related statutes,
punishable by fines and imprisonment. FANNFANN cooperates fully with
law enforcement and will report suspected fraud to the appropriate
authorities, including the HHS Office of Inspector General.
2.2 Technical Abuse

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers,
databases, or other users' accounts

Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access or
interact with the Services

Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or
availability of the Services

Upload or transmit viruses, malware, ransomware, or other harmful
code

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of
the Services

Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of
the Services
2.3 Data Misuse

Systematically collect or harvest data from the Services without
written permission

Use data obtained from the Services for marketing, spam, or
unsolicited communications

Share, sell, or distribute other users' personal information or
Protected Health Information (PHI)

2.4 Harmful Content and Behavior

Post, upload, or transmit content that is unlawful, threatening,
abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

Harass, intimidate, or threaten any FANNFANN employee, agent, or
other user

Use the Services to promote discrimination based on race, gender,
religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or
any other protected characteristic

2.5 Commercial Misuse

Use the Services for any commercial purpose not expressly approved
by us
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Services

Use the Services to advertise or sell products or services to other

Use the Services as part of an effort to compete with FANNFANN
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must:

Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with
anyone
- Use a strong, unique password for your FANNFANN account

Maintain only one personal account — creating duplicate accounts is

4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy,

FANNFANN reserves the right to enforce this Acceptable Use Policy at

impact of the violation. We may take any of these actions without
prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations.

make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of
this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted
constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
